Please see the seller's terms and conditions below. These Seller Terms will be posted on the Text/Half website, and set out the terms on which you as a seller may access and use our Site, Services and Applications, including our Mobile Application, to sell directly to buyers on the Site.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that these seller terms are for initial review only. Acceptance of these Seller Terms will be effective only when they are accepted on our Site. In addition, Text/Half reserves the right to amend the seller's terms before they are accepted on the site.

Seller Terms and Conditions

1- Introduction

1-1 Welcome to www.noo9.net (“Site

1.2 The terms and conditions of the seller (“Seller Terms”) and all additional policies and terms (if applicable) on the Website for the “Text/Half” interface (such as www.noo9.net (the “Site”)) state the terms that allow You as a seller may access and use the Site, Services and Applications, including our mobile application, (collectively the “Services”), for the purpose of selling directly to buyers through the Site. Our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy) and any other policies and additional terms (collectively, “Legal Documents”). By accessing, registering and/or continuing to use or access our Services, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms and Legal Documents With immediate effect a reference to “you” in these Seller Terms is a reference to you as a legal person.

2- Our services

2-1 We are "Nass/Half" solutions for e-marketing, one person company LLC - registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - and our affiliates we provide services to you as a seller in order to enable you to offer your products to the buyers registered with us on the site. This is according to the sales model and services that we provide or that are provided by subsidiaries or other parties. Our services include: (a) storage, order processing and fulfillment (such as communicating with a buyer about their purchase, getting payments from a buyer and organizing delivery); (b) shipping the product from your warehouse or from your premises to the buyer; (c) collect cash and process payments; and (d) secure the call center and customer service in accordance with our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.

We have the right to determine the content, appearance, design, functionality and all other aspects of the Site and Services (including the right to re-design, modify, remove and change the content, appearance, design, functionality and other aspects of the Site and Services and any element, aspect, part or feature thereof at any time and to another), delay or suspend listing, refuse to list, cancel listing, or require you not to list any or all Products in our sole discretion. We may, at our absolute discretion, suspend any of your sales transactions for the purpose of conducting an investigation, and we have the right to refuse to process and/or restrict shipping destinations and/or stop and/or cancel any of your sales if we consider it necessary for legal purposes or to ensure compliance with the seller's terms.

3- Sales models

The sales forms available to you are detailed in the Service Supplement which forms an integral part of the Seller Terms (the “Service Supplement”) of the respective Text/Half website. The classification of each type of product must be strictly detailed according to its own selling model. In cases where the product is stored by you and delivered to the buyer by us, the order must be made within the time period pre-determined on your account.

In accordance with the Seller Performance Program, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account for the following reasons: a) delayed delivery as per the agreed schedule; b) a high level of returns; c) negative reviews from buyers; and/or d) cancel an order that has been confirmed by the Buyer. Furthermore, we reserve the right to retain the Products and transfer the ownership of the Products to us, while if you fail to pay the dues within thirty (30) days from the date of the outstanding dues.

4- Your obligations as a seller

4.1 You are obligated to read the legal documents and, in particular, to take note of the eligibility conditions and account information necessary to open a Seller account and your responsibilities when using the Site, including your responsibilities in relation to Products prohibited by these Terms of Use.

4.2 In addition to your obligations in the Legal Documents, and unless otherwise agreed by us, you must comply with the following terms:

a- deliver the product in accordance with the packaging conditions and other instructions that we notify you in writing and in advance,

b- Packaging and transporting products safely in a manner that minimizes the risk of product damage;

c- Obtaining all documents, permits and approvals necessary for the delivery of the product,

d- Arranging the collection of products from our warehouse that are subject to a request for return, exchange or rejection by us at the stage of checking the quality of the products,

e- Accept returned products that come under warranty in accordance with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and/or terms of use;

f- Providing a guarantee for a period of twenty four (24) months for all electronic products (specified in the terms of sale) that are sold to buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These warranties apply where there are defects in material, design and workmanship. Your obligations are limited to repairing the defective product or replacing the defective part, or at our discretion, replacing the product or refunding at the market price of the product itself.
